Borris was rushed to our clinic after being found unable to walk and covered in blood on his hindquarters. His injuries were suspected to be caused by a road accident.
Borris had air in his chest, which was quickly drained, and a 10cm penetrating wound adjacent to his tail was repaired. The client could not afford the cost of Borris' x-rays after having just paid for Miss Kitty's bill, and so with no obvious fractures or nerve deficits being able to be detected he was sent home with pain relief and antibiotics. With his injuries tended to, Borris thankfully made a swift recovery and is now doing very well!
