This tough kitty is Nerman, a survivor of snake envenomation. He recently completed treatment with us after his quick-thinking family rushed him to our care.
Snakes are a huge threat to household pets, especially in the warmer months when our animals spend more time in the outdoors. We urge all pets owners to be on the lookout for snakes in your yard or outdoors areas you visit with pets, and remind our community that we're available 24/7 for emergencies.
